How do you work with clients?
I take time to understand your goals, current challenges, and how your business operates. Then I provide tailored support - whether that's setting up systems, managing projects, or ongoing admin. I work flexibly, so you can start with the level of support you need now and scale as your business grows.

Is my business data secure with you?
Yes. I take confidentiality and data protection seriously. I use secure systems, follow GDPR and UK data protection standards, and handle every client's information with complete discretion. You can trust that your data is safe and treated with the highest level of care. ​​

How do I communicate with you?

I adapt to the way you prefer to work. Most clients use emails, Zoom/Teams or messaging apps like Slack etc. The important part is clarity - so we'll agree the best way to stay connected and make sure you always know what's happening.

How do payments work?

For retainer clients, I invoice at the start of the month or when date has been agreed. Work begins once payment is received, which keeps everything clear and secure on both sides. For project based work, payment terms are agreed in advance so there are no surprises.
