  • Your part:  Please give us accurate  information and instructions so we can support you effectively.

  • Payments: Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

  • Confidentiality: Your information stays safe and private with us. 

  • Data Protection: We follow GDPR rules to protect your data. 

  • Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to stop services, we ask for 1 month notice.  Refunds apply only if work hasn't been carried out. 

  • Liability: We'll always do our best, but we're not responsible for indirect losses outside our control.

Terms & Conditions

1. Services 

Aspire Assist VA provides virtual assistant services including (but not limited to) administrations, project management, email and diary management, research, finance, and business support. The exact scope of work will be agreed upon prior to commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information, instructions, and access to relevant systems where required. 

  • You remain responsible for decisions and outcomes based on the work completed by Aspire Assist VA.

3. Payments

  • All services are invoiced as agreed (hourly, project based, or package)

  • Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Confidentiality

Aspire Assist VA, agrees to treat all client information as strictly confidential. No information will be shred with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

5. Data Protection

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You many cancel ongoing services with 30 days notice.

  • Refunds will only be given where services have not been delivered in line with our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aspire Assist VA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with laws of England and Wales.
